Guidelines for Implementation

1. Applicable period: Rental from Sunday, April 6, 2025 onwards, return by Saturday, February 28, 2026

2. Application period: From Tuesday, April 1, 2025 to Monday, February 23, 2026

*Up to 5 days before the first day of rental car use

*Excluding December 26, 2025 to January 4, 2026

(If you plan to use a rental car during the New Year holidays, please apply early.)

Eligible Participants

Individuals with non-Japanese passports (individuals from abroad visiting Okayama Prefecture for the purpose of tourism)

Discount amount (per unit)

Vehicles with a seating capacity of up to 5: 3,000 yen (per vehicle)

Vehicles with a seating capacity of 6 or more: 5,000 yen (per vehicle)

*The offer applies only to reservations made for on-site payment at the relevant car rental office on the day of use.

Basic Requirements

① The rental car pickup and return must be at a rental office within Okayama Prefecture.

② Stay at least one night at an accommodation facility in Okayama Prefecture.
※The offer does not apply to stays at the homes of relatives, acquaintances, or friends.

Application Procedure

① Apply via the application form (up to 5 days before the first day of use) How to apply (please apply via the link below)

②After confirming the details, you will receive a notification of completion with the acceptance number from the Okayama Prefectural Tourism Federation.

* Applications that do not meet the requirements willreceive a notification stating their ineligibility (via email).

Car Rental Procedure

① Present the completed reservation email at the car rental office where you made the reservation. In addition, present your driver’s license and passport.

② Pay the discounted amount, which is either 3,000yen or 5,000 yen less than the reserved amount. (* Please refer to the discountamount.)

Precautions

①This offer is valid only for on-site payments at the car rental office. (Offer does not apply to other payment methods.)

② When making a reservation, the regular price will be displayed on the website or reservation site of each rental car company.

③You can drop the rental car off in Okayama Prefecture with one-way rental options. (Please inquire about the fee with the car rental company.)

④The offer does not apply to cars returned at locations outside Okayama Prefecture.

⑤Travel product coupons cannot be used for this promotion.

⑥ If the rental car cost is less than the subsidized amount, you will receive a subsidy equal to the actual cost.

⑦This offer can be combined with transportation subsidies from other organizations.

⑧The campaign will endonce the budget limit is reached.

10. Cancellation of Grant

If the application is found to contain false or fraudulent information and does not meet the basic requirements in 6. (If a discount has been applied, a refund will be requested.)
