10:00am - 6:15pm: Duty-free counter on the 8th floor

Customer service is available at the cash register counter on the 1st floor from 6:15pm to 7pm.

Floor layout

Okayama Takashimaya has 10 floors, from 2 basement floors to 8 floors above ground.

The second and first basement floors are food floors, including eat-in areas.

The first floor features select boutiques such as Louis Vuitton and Loewe, as well as the popular cosmetics and accessories department.

Floors 2 to 5 are for women's clothing, women's accessories, and men's clothing, while the 6th floor is for living and household goods.

The 7th floor sells jewelry, children's clothing, and kimono, while the 8th floor hosts various limited-time events.
